·               Successfully delivered the substantial completion of the OSP Full Turn Key project for the deployment of 2,300 Kms of Fiber Optic Cable Network for 9 major rings connecting 25 Aggregator (AG) Nodes, 103 loops for Access Nodes (AN) with 707 AN segments / 589 AN sites in North Luzon GLOBE Nemesis Modernization project. This is one of Huawei's biggest project in the world. 

 

·               Revised the Engineering Design by fiber re-utilization that resulted to reduction of 165 Kms Fiber Optic deployments from the original fundamental design without affecting the site fiber connectivity.

 

·               Introduced & implemented the use of Fiber buffer slitter during fiber insertion to avoid alarms & unnecessary cutting of fibers that are not included for insertion activity for Globe Nemesis Project.

1. 2. Creates and delivers presentations to client, senior management & other stakeholders on project milestone goals and plans, including progress reports.

Inspectors in Mobily OSP FOC Operation & Maintenance Team for the whole Eastern & Northern

Region with 8 Remote Management Centers (RMC).

2. Formulate Preventive & Corrective Maintenance process including Patrolling of FOC Route, Fault Isolation and Rectification of FOC trouble. This includes immediate problem resolution on site.

3. Served as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all OSP facilities and FOC related issues like escalation of Trouble Ticket from NOC, Handling of Cable Locating Request (CLR) for Third Party contractors, Network Enhancement & Codification in the region.

4. Ensure that network availability (99.99%) and performance are optimized to a maximum by reducing the MTTR duration and impact of all service interruptions.

5. Develop the Project design & Project Implementation Plan (PIP) for the timely completion of the project within the budgeted cost according to client requirements.

6. Analyze Propose Project Cost Benefit & Project Cost Budget including OPEX & CAPEX to optimized Company Income & ROI.

 

7. Generate and submit monthly invoicing on time for the efficient collection project receivables and billings.

8. Update & submit documentation like as built Bills of Quantity (BOQ), As Built drawings and updated Mobily Network Key maps, Monthly & Quarterly Accomplishment Report for Management Review.
